A free monthly way-marked 10k run around Speke Hall Estate in Speke, Liverpool. A chance to enjoy peaceful routes, great views and have a great training opportunity. If 5k is more your distance, feel free to run one loop of the course. This is a no pressure event where you can train towards completing the full 10k.
Very NICE.. It was my first run here at Speak Hall. A well organised event. Very simple to register. The team was very friendly and supportive.
Most of all it was a superb place to practice 10k for newbies like me. Enjoyed it very much and am planning to do this every month.
