Organiser's Description
Ultra X Finland takes place in the Salpausselkä UNESCO Global Geopark, situated in the Lahti region in southern Finland. It offers two races: Ultra X 110 Finland and Ultra X 50 Finland. The 110 event is a two-stage race taking place on Saturday and Sunday, whilst the 50 event is a single-stage race taking place on the Sunday.
A land carved out of water, the incredible terrain was formed by the meltwaters of the continental glacier some 12,000 years ago. The land of a thousand lakes and the midnight sun, the tranquil forests offer an amazing location for trail running and reconnecting with nature.
Ultra X Finland’s races are both UTMB® Index Races, in the 50k category.
