'The UK's toughest off-road duathlon' is based in the spectacular Whinlatter Forest Park, and involves 6000ft of ascent. The event will consist of a 9k mountain trail run up to the summit of Grizedale Pike, a 30k mtb leg incorporating both red North and South mtb trails, followed by a 10k forest trail/fell run. Both runs involve fell terrain, forest trails and singletrtack. The MTB course incorporates challenging climbs, tricky descents and technical features…on some of the best bike trails in the UK.
