Great Run, not too busy. Really enjoyed this, well organised but have three constructive observations.. 1. Get Wirral Council to open up the other car parks, there was nowhere near enough parking and there could have been. 2. The pre-race brief was inaudible and too long 3. Chips were a strange and stodgy post-race treat! Seemed popular to be fair but not for me.

Loved the route. My husband and I ran the Wirral Way 10k on Saturday 4th January. Being from West Kirby myself, though now living in London, the route is a familiar and nostalgic one for us. The organisers and marshals were helpful and encouraging and the medal is wonderful. Definitely one to keep. The only disappointment was that we didn't get the t-shirts that we were looking forward to.

First time running here. Loved it. A great race for a fast time. It's a very flat out and back. My only negative is the course comes up short @9.7km. You had the choice of lots of cake once over the line with an added bonus of a portion of chips. Bonkers, I've just discovered the perfect post race nutrition. Thanks
