Say hello to the world of triathlon with a fun and informative one day workshop helping you on your journey to the start line.
This will be a friendly day led by Claire, a qualified British Triathlon Coach. The sessions will fun and informative with plenty of time for questions and trying things out. It is all aimed to help you prepare you for your pool based swim, bike, run and of course the transition. There will be plenty of hints and tips and training advice to keep you going until the big day.
