Organiser's Description

After the success of the 2015 Spitfire 10K in London, the event will be held at boththe London and Cosford RAF Museums this year. Commemorate the Battle of Britain in style, starting and finishing in the magnificent surroundings of the RAF Museum Cosford. The race begins in the shadow of the Spitfire in Hangar One, before taking you outside and onto the RAF Cosford airfield. You will get to run up and down the iconic runway, past the RAF Deployed Operational Training Area (DOTA) and the impressive VC10 and Hercules. Don't forget to duck as you pass the live firing range!
