ÖTILLÖ Swimrun 1000 Lakes

Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Germany

Friedrich-Griese-Straße 13, 17219 Möllenhagen, Germany

Sun 23rd October 2016

Organiser's Description

We wanted to put on a magical race in Germany, where ”wow” would be a common word! The beautiful Mecklenburger Seenplatte, in the North-East of Germany, gave us this. There are more than 3000 lakes in an area less than two hours from Berlin, where the water is extremely clean and the environment almost virgin. Most of the lakes are lined with beech trees which will be exploding with colour in October. The course will have 14 swims, totalling 10km, and the total distance will be around 45km. Get ready to embark on a new adventure, through mystical forests and in untouched lakes. Get ready for a wild race!
