Crossing Switzerland

CROSSING SWITZERLAND is a 400km east-west crossing of the Swiss Alps from the Principality of Liechtenstein, with around 25,000m of ascent and 14 Alpine passes. The route also takes in iconic places such as Eiger North Face, Lauterbrunnen, Engelberg, Gstaad and, of course, a magnificent finish on the shores of Lake Geneva in Montreux. This incredible route is also available as a relay of 10 sections (from 76 to 8 km) in teams of 3, 4 or 5 runners: CROSSING SWITZERLAND EKIDEN.
For those who prefer shorter distances, CROSSING RIVIERA (32km) offers the chance to discover the breathtaking scenery around Montreux, including a climb to the Rochers de Naye, 2,000 metres above Lake Geneva. CROSSING ROCKS is a reminder - over 15km and 8km - of the omnipresence of music in Montreux - "we all came down to Montreux", as Deep Purple sang - with a trail featuring musical artists all along the route, which starts in front of the statue of Freddie Mercury. WE WILL ROCK YOU!
