A chance to run a fast, traffic free 5k throughout the Winter months on a flat, quiet path following the River Lune in the historic city of Lancaster. A five race series which uses the paved cycle way from close to the 3-1-5 Health Club, heading to Skerton Bridge before looping back to the finish.
