If you're new to triathlon and want to have a go, or you've had a season of taking part in pool-based events and now want to try the open water, this new super sprint event gives you that opportunity, without the stress of completing the longer distances. A pleasant and safe lake swim is followed by a bike leg on well surfaced roads, and a run on tracks within Allerthorpe Lakeland Park. Run before the classic distance event.
