Course Details
The 10k course takes you out of the park for a lovely run around the paddock and back though the woods to start the first of 5 easy entry and exit swims. The course then goes around the resevoir trails before takes you up and out of the park up a quiet lane, along the disused railway and by kind permission of Thrybergh Parish Council, back along footpaths and into the park for a the last couple of swim sections before looping back through the woods and paddock to the finish.
