The mighty Middlesbrough 10k is a must for your 2020 running calendar, and with an exciting new route for 2020 is set to be another great event. Run For All are extremely proud to have recently become hosts of this fantastic run - formerly known as the Tees Pride 10k.

Our first year was a massive success, with thousands of runners hitting the streets of Middlesbrough and raising lots of money for great causes. Whether you’re chasing a new PB, fundraising for charity or just looking for a fun new running challenge, this is the perfect event for you. Thousands will be part of a fantastic day in 2020. Will you be one of them?
