Organiser's Description
A run with a big difference - instead of other runners to beat, how about a wave, and not just any wave, the Severn Bore. 2015 will see a 5* Bore over the weekend of the 21/22 March. So in just under 12 hours, in both darkness and daylight, there's an opportunity to experience something unique. A new 11 mile route means you’ll be racing to the riverside, whilst the Bore is already making it’s way to the point where you will meet the river. If you get there before the wave, you can then attempt to race it up river. Also 5 mile Little Bore, with a definite visual of the Bore.
