Organiser's Description
The salt water river swim passes under the arches of the famous Bideford Old Bridge. The bike leg follows an undulating rural loop with a few hills thrown in (well it's hard not to around here!), and the run takes in the Old Bridge and the Orchard hill area of Bideford.
