Blast Running @ The Meadows
Use your lunchtime wisely and join us for a monthly lunchtime 5km around the beautiful city park of The Meadows in Edinburgh!
Events are chip timed. See you by The Pavillion Cafe for a lunchtime Blast!
5 km Standard Individual Entry£7 CLOSED
During the period of COVID-19 restrictions the race will take place in a time-trial format, with runners starting in 5 second intervals. The published results will show a chip time (which is the actual time you ran the course) and the official time (which is when the stopwatch starts). Your entry form will ask you to give an estimated 5km time and this will allow us to allocate you in the correct time slot to avoid any pinch points along the route.

It then cuts diagonally North West across the park at Boys Brigade Walk. At the top of Middle Meadow Walk the route cuts back down diagonally South West down Jawbone Walk and in front of the Pavillian Café to start the second lap.
It is 2 lap course and will start and finish at the same point.
