FAQs

  • What happens if I sign up for this challenge but then can't do it?

No problem. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. If you find that you have signed up for one of our races then decide not to participate, we would be happy to defer your place onto another race at the same value. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless it is under special circumstances at the discretion of management.

  • How do I send you my evidence?

Sending your evidence is really easy. Simply take a screenshot of your activity from your mobile and email it to [email protected]. We accept evidence from all activity apps including Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, etc.

  • How long does it take to receive my medal?

It can take up to 2 weeks after the challenge has finished for your medal to be posted. Unless a 1st class delivery is purchased at an additional cost, all medals are posted by standard 2nd class post within the UK or standard international post for overseas participants.

  • What happens if I don't receive my medal?

Sometimes items do get damaged or lost in the postal system. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over this. However, we appreciate this can be frustrating and disappointing not receiving your medal. If in the event that you have not received a medal within 14 days after the event, please contact us with a photo of the damaged medal if appropriate and we will send a replacement medal for free. If in the event we do not have any replacement medals, we would be happy to transfer your place onto another race at no additional charges to you.

  • Do you accept entries outside the UK?

Yes we do. However, please be aware that non-UK entries incur a higher charge to cover extra administrative and postage costs.
