How to Get There

Emberton Country Park is conveniently located just outside the market town of Olney in Buckinghamshire, with easy access by car and public transport.

By Car:
The park is just off the A509, around 20 minutes from Milton Keynes and 30 minutes from Northampton. Use postcode MK46 5FJ for your sat nav. Free parking is available on-site for athletes and spectators.

By Train:
The nearest major train station is Milton Keynes Central, which has regular services from London Euston and Birmingham. From the station, it’s approximately a 25-minute taxi ride to the park.

By Bus:
Local buses run to Olney, which is a short taxi or cycle ride away from the event site.

Clear signage and marshals will guide you into the venue on race day. We recommend arriving early to allow time for registration and setup.

Parking

Athletes receive FREE parking at the Cowman Triathlon. Please note that all additional spectators will need to purchase a parking ticket in line with Emberton Country Park’s standard parking charges.
