Organiser's Description

A multi terrain 10k starting and finishing in Chapelton of Elsick, in Aberdeenshire. The race has proved to be very popular and and is now firmly fixed in the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire running schedule.

The route goes through the grounds of the beautiful, baronial Elsick House, with its history going back to 1367. The majority of the run is on tarmac, with some farm tracks and a short grass section.

All profits from the event go to local community groups and charities. There will also be a children’s 100m toddler das, and a 1k fun run for over 5s.
