The Chew Valley 10k, organized by the Chew Valley 10k team, is a fantastic community event taking place on Sunday 10th June 2018 in Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset. This event offers a scenic rural route on quiet roads, with a challenging hill halfway through the race. Participants will receive a tech tshirt and a unique event medal, with 17 category prizes up for grabs. Profits from the event will be shared between two local school PTAs, NICU Support, and St Peter's Hospice. Runners of all abilities are welcome, and there will be friendly marshals along the route to offer support and encouragement. Additionally, there is a 1k Fun Run for children at the Race HQ at Bishop Sutton Football Club, where participants can enjoy refreshments, homemade cakes, a Rugby Club BBQ, a bouncy castle, live music, and more. Organiser's Description

The Chew Valley 10k is a local community event, with a gorgeous, rural route on open (but quiet) roads, with a lump of a hill about half-way round! All runners receive a tech tshirt and bespoke event medal. There are also 17 category prizes. Any profit raised will be divided between two local school PTAs, NICU Support and St Peter's Hospice. We welcome runners of all speeds and have friendly marshals to help cheer you on. Also a 1k Fun Run for the children, which is at Race HQ at Bishop Sutton Football Club, where you can also find refreshments, homemade cakes, Rugby Club BBQ, bouncy castle, live music, and lots more!
