A 2-day weekend of sport. A choice of: standard triathlon with sea swim, bike leg on country roads, and a run along the promenade and seafront paths; sprint and super sprint cross triathlons with sea swims, off-road cycle leg and a run along the promenade; children's duathlons with runs along the promenade and on grass and bike legs on tarmac and grass. Relay options at standard and sprint cross distances. The event is based at the Holland Haven Country Park, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. 12/13 September.
