The couch to 5k is a great way to get started with running. Simply download the app and get started! The program eases you in to running so you can easily notice progress and avoid injury. When it gets to the end of the couch to 5k, they ask to to run your first 5k without stopping. We at Flying Gazelle feel that moment should be celebrated. So if you sign up to this race, complete that 5k, you get a bespoke medal.
