Get ready to take on the Dambusters Challenge organised by findarace.com on Thursday, 28th November 2019 in Birchington, Kent. This event, now in its sixth year, offers participants the opportunity to run along the historic coastline where Barnes Wallis tested bouncing bomb prototypes. The course consists of an approximately 6.58 mile out and back loop on flat tarmac and concrete, making it a fast and easy route. With a 6-hour time limit, you can choose to complete as many loops as you like. This event is part of the seaside 10 Challenges in 10 Days Challenge, but you are welcome to participate in just this event or multiple others. Organiser's Description
We're returning for the sixth year to the lovely Birchington-on-Sea, in Kent, where the coastline along our route was used to test prototypes of Barnes Wallis's bouncing bomb. The route is an approximately 6.58 mile out and back loop on near dead flat tarmac and concrete. Very, very flat, quick course, zero navigation, very straightforward! Complete as many or as few loops as you wish within the 6 hour time limit.
