Organiser's Description
A multi-terrain flat 10k around the lovely fields and trails of Hampden Park and Decoy Pond, from Eastbourne Sports Park. Starting and finishing on the running track, you will run through playing fields, parkland, around a lake, and back onto the fields before coming back to the Sports Park to start your second lap, and a finish on the running track. Medals to all finishers.
