This course is entirely off road, extremely challenging and very scenic. It is charactersed by gently undulating sections along the cliff top coastal path, interspersed with challenging descents and ascents. There are many steps to tackle along the way, and a section through the picturesque woodland of Hawthorn Dene Nature Reserve.
