For our senior athletes aged 15 to 99, the event includes a fantastic aquathlon with a pool swim and a run that takes you through local pavement and cycle tracks, as well as the beautiful Perivale Park. This year also introduces a novice aquathlon, making it an ideal opportunity for those new to the sport! Don't miss out on this action-packed day filled with health, fitness, and fun for all ages!

Organiser's Description
From Gurnell Leisure Centre, Ruislip Road East, London, this event offers a swim/bike/run race for ages 8-14yrs, with a pool swim followed by a bike ride on the grassy playing fields behind the Centre, finished off with swim/run races for ages 15-99yrs, with a pool swim, and a run on local pavement/cycle tracks and through Perivale Park. Novice aquathlon new for 2019.
