Back for 2022, the incredible, Escape Lockdown!

Join us at Manor Farm in Upton Cheyney, nr Bristol on Sunday 20th March for Escape Lockdown. After an awesome first event which earned rave reviews in 2021 we are back with one of the best trail races around…

The event is approx. 7 miles and has everything from farmland to woodland, natural obstacles and most importantly lots of hills and lots of mud!

Suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike.

Course Details

A hilly and muddy run of approx. 7 miles. An awesome trail run for the experienced athlete and a good introduction to trail running for beginners.

How to Get There

Getting to the venue is straightforward and it is only a short distance from Junction 16 of the M4. Car travel times from major cities are:

London – 1 hour 40 minutes
Birmingham – 1 hour 30 minutes
Bristol – 15 minutes
Cardiff – 40 minutes
Swansea – 1 hour 35 minutes
Exeter – 1 hour 20 minutes

Parking

The venue has plenty of parking. You will be directed in to the venue from the village. Park as directed by the parking attendants.

on the day

You will collect your race bib and timing chip on race day from the DB Max Marquee near the start line.

You can have your medal personalised with your name, position and finish time for £8. Your details and results will be engraved on a small plate which fits neatly into the back of your medal and is sent to you by post
