A choice of 10k, 18.5 and 28.8 mile train runs which cross a variety of terrain – trails, old and compacted flint tracks, private grazing land, grassy fields and a few sections of concrete. Beautiful and challenging stand alone events, but also ideal training runs for your planned seasonal goals. The 28.5 mile run is an ideal step up and ‘builder' event for those moving up to ultra distances and as a precursor to LONGMAN South D0wns Way ultra.
