This challenge is all about giving it your all. We want to see what your best mile is. Choose somewhere flat, have a good warm up, and go for it. You can rest when it's done. Send in your results, and you will see how you rank against the rest, with regards to your overall position, age, and gender.

We've made this event super affordable, as we want as many people possible to enter. Each month, we will send prizes to the fastest male and female mile ran that month. If you think you're Usain, enter each month and that's 12 prizes. Easy. If you don't care about winning, just enter to give yourself that reason to run full throttle.

Once you have completed the one mile, email your data to us.
