Cancellation: If cancelled, you will receive a refund less 5% to cover bank transaction charges and administrative costs.

Postponement: If postponed, then your entry fee will be carried forward to that new date and no further action is necessary to reconfirm your entry. You can transfer your entry to another participant.

If a Virtual run is offered then you can accept this virtual event and receive a 40% refund.
