THIS COURSE ROUTE IS YET TO BE RUN AND CREATED BY OUR TEAM. As soon as we have, we will post the exact course route and details on this page and email those already signed up. But we can assure you that the Roseland Herritage Coast is not something you want to miss out on.
Course details:
Distance: 10k (6.2 miles) and Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
Elevation: There will be hills for sure, up and down the costal paths. This could be a challengnig run or a decent hike all the same. Specific details on elecation will be posted here.
Shoes: Road or Trail would work. But we recommend trail shoes.

- Bespoke Flying Gazelle Finishers Medal
- Branded neck gaiter/buff/snood
- Entry into the Flying Gazelle online results table
- Placement data including overall position for time, age-group, and gender
