A mini triathlon comprising of a pool swim, a cycle ride on an undulating course, with mainly left turns, and a traffic free out and back run on the local heritage trail, fairly flat and mainly on paths. Ideal for those who want to try a multi disciplined sport. Rugeley Leisure Centre.
