Can you catch'em all? Join us and complete a 10k Distance to earn yourself this exclusive medal All you have to do is walk, jog, run, swim or cycle 10k in distance to earn youself this bling. Remeber, we are not looking for you to complete the 10k distance in one go (unless you want to and can). Take your time, enjoy being active, spread your distances across the month and upload your results!
We havent chosen a charity or cause as of yet but we will do, so get your running trainers or your swimming goggles on and get those miles in and lets make a difference!
