A biennial, prestigious, Half Iron distance event. Experience the stunning coast of Guernsey by land and sea in the most southerly middle distance triathlon in the UK. Now in its fifth edition, Granite Man is a friendly club event which attracts an international field. A sea swim in Pembroke Bay is followed by a fast road bike course, mainly on coast roads, with medium to low grade climb, then a generally flat run on well-established coastal paths. Also Granite Sprint distance.
