Organiser's Description
Pool-based triathlons from Market Harborough Leisure Centre. Sprint option for experienced triathletes, or people with a good level of fitness looking for a challenge, and Try a Tri – for those new to the sport and want to challenge themselves and of course competitors from last year looking to smash last year's time! Option to complete either distance as a team of up to 3 people. The 'Bridge' distance - 600m/34.5km/7.5km - is designed to be the next step for triathletes that haven’t quite got the confidence to go for standard distance yet.

200m swim, 11.5 km bike, 2.5 km run
400m swim, 23 km bike, 5 km run
600m swim, 34.5 km bike, 7.5 km run
