Following the announcement and guidance from UKA and RunBritain, we are excited to welcome you back to our live events, starting with The Fox on 19 September.
In order to ensure that our events are Covid-19 secure, we will be implementing new safety measures. These measures will vary across different events, but the themes will remain the same until the guidance changes. These are some of the key measures that we have planned.
1. Minimising Contact Points Common contact points including registration, bag storage and water stations will be adapted to ensure that they can operate safely. This means that there might not be a bag storage facility at some events. You are encouraged to take care of your own hydration as much as possible, to minimise contact at water stations.
2. Online Race Briefings All race information will be sent out in advance of race day to avoid the gathering of large groups. A race briefing may be conducted online.
3. Code of Conduct We will be implementing a participant and spectator code of conduct, as set out by UKA.
If and when these guidelines change, we will let our participants know.

The Swim takes place in the leisure centre pool and consists of 2 lengths (up and down) of each of the 8 divided lanes.
The Cycle route is hilly and on open Surrey country roads (drafting not permitted).

This event is suitable for participants of all abilities, but extra care is recommended due to the nature of the terrain.

Bib Numbers (and bike stickers/swimming caps where applicable) will only be available for collection at the event, participants should not expect to receive anything by mail. They are to be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided, your number should remain visible at all times. A timing chip is attached to the back of the bib and should not be removed.
Participants will also be provided with an ankle tag and neoprene strap which must be returned on completing the event. Swimming caps need not be returned.

All finishers will receive a Medal on completing their event and, subject to a competitive field of participants, Prizes will be awarded to the top three places overall - and the top place in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) - for both females and males. Winners will be notified by email by the end of the following week.
Marshals will be present on the course throughout the event.

Suitable Medical Cover is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency. Participants must provide, during registration, details of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, medication or allergies that may be relevant in the administration of any medical assistance. Participants should also provide the same information on the reverse of their bib number (where applicable) prior to starting their event, marking a large, red X (or other contrasting colour, using the pens provided at registration) to the front of their number to alert the medical provider to any such information.
