Organiser's Description

The last in a series of 3 duathlons held at Hillingdon Outdoor Activities Centre, Dews Lane, Harefield. The Hillingdon Duathlons are most probably the longest running series in the Country, having first been held in in 1987. Run of 6k, most of which is on road. The cycle is a 2 lap hilly course and measures 25k in total.
