Organiser's Description
The first in a series of 3 triathlons and duathlons at Hillingdon Outdoor Activities Centre, Dews Lane, Harefield. A lake swim is followed by a run which is mostly on road, and a 2 lap hilly cycle course - the run being the second discipline gives the event a different feel to other triathlons. The duathlon takes place alongside the triathlon – for those not too keen on swimming!
