If you like mud, dirt and hills this is the perfect place for going into the great unknown! A a no-holds-barred off-road duathlon taking place at the Army training ground in Frimley, Surrey. A hard off-road run will take you over rocky, hilly terrain with technical sections and some fast downward slopes for those with nerves of steel; then a gruelling mountain bike circuit with long, steep hills that the Army's tank force struggle to take on; then another, but shorter, run! Relay option.
