Organiser's Description
This event will take you round Kendal Castle 3 times, and as a result of a new bike route is more spectator friendly. You'll start with a 400m pool swim at the Kendal Leisure Centre, then transition to your bike for 2 laps of a route that takes you into the hills above Kendal and back through the town centre. Finally a run along the route of the old canal and up to the Castle for congratulations and your well earned medal.
