Choose from 1, 2, 3, or 4 laps of the challenging course at Codham Hall in Great Warley. With plenty of obstacles, mud, and running involved, each lap is roughly 4 miles long. Have a go or go the distance, you have the choice of 1, 2, 3 or 4 laps of this tough new course at Codham Hall, Great Warley, Brentwood. Lots of obstacles and mud, and a bit of running, but plenty of lactic acid building up'¦ each lap is roughly 4 miles. Getting you out of your comfort zone and ready for the big races….
