An exciting aquathlon series within Lee Valley Regional Park on the first Tuesday of the month, from May to September. Starting from the Lee Valley White Water Centre, the event offers two race distances, both with an open water swim in the Centre's lake, followed by a scenic multi-terrain run around River Lee Country Park.
