Organiser's Description

The Lee Valley Aquathlon series returns for a 7th season in 2019. Whether you're a novice or experienced triathlete, challenge yourself to one of our aquathlon events. Taking place within Lee Valley Regional Park, the races will run from May to September.

Starting at Lee Valley White Water Centre, the monthly event involves two race distances of either a 250m or 500m open water lake swim, followed by a 3k or 5.5k run.

Swim 250m, Run 3 km Swim 500m, Run 5.5 km
