Situated in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this middle distance, friendly, no-frills triathlon is one of the toughest at this distance in the UK. It offers athletes the opportunity to swim in the calm waters of the National Diving and Activity Centre, then test themselves over this distance on a bike leg which is described as undulating to hilly but not extreme, and a woodland trail, lapped run to finish.
