Organiser's Description
A must for the diary! Llanrwst Sprint is ideal for novices and also for the more accomplished athlete looking to set a fast time towards the end of a tough season. A pool swim is followed by a fast, flat (bar the bump in the middle) scenic bike leg through the Conwy Valley, and an out and back run into the Gwydir Forest.
