After a hugely successful launch in 2023 we are extremely excited to announce the return of Mallard Cake Dash.
Our inclusive events are designed to allow every athlete to be challenged, rewarded and treated like a professional. At our events, regardless of your level, we guarantee that you will be pushed to your limits and feel like you have completed something to be proud of.
We strive to create a friendly atmosphere, with all egos being left at the door. Our events are designed to cater for absolute beginners through to experienced athletes, so whether you walk, jog or run and regardless of your pace you are welcome at a Trident event. If you haven't experienced a 'Trident Sports Event' race then you really are in for a treat and the Mallard Cake Dash is no exception.
