Do I need insurance?
We highly recommend that riders take out suitable insurance to cover themselves and their bikes during, and in the lead, up to the event. If riders are suitably insured, they will be covered should they have to pull out for any reason and we will provide the necessary documentation to give to their insurers to be reimbursed the entry fee. We cannot personally give advice on this but your insurers should be able to advise you on suitable cover.
What should I pack?
As with all outdoor events, it’s wise to dress for all eventualities!
As well as your favourite swimming, cycling and running gear, we advise that you pack enough changes of clothes for your chosen number of days, towel, sun cream, hats, insect repellent, comfortable footwear.
Do I need a Wetsuit
Wetsuits are compulsory for the swim element of the event.

Well, it is and it isn’t. No part of the Monster Triathlon will be officially timed – but we would love to keep a record of anyone who decides to time themselves.
