Very Good. I love this specific event at Regent’s Park, the race is taking us through wonderful parts of the park. They always provide snacks and water afterwards. The only thing I found was lacking today is that they had the race going through huge water puddles which couldn’t be avoided - as a result I was running with wet shoes and that is super discomforting.

A well organised and enjoyable 10 K. Really enjoyed this low-key race in Regent’s Park. Marshalling etc. was excellent, my only gripe was the attitude to plastic...which seemed a little poor. Flapjacks individually wrapped in plastic bags, plastic water bottles and individual medals. I think the environmental footprint of the post-race goodies could have been improved!

A really well organised event, we even had pacers. I recieved a few reminder emails which was useful. Collecting my number was easy, at the start the organiser notified runners that there were wheelchair and a visually impaired runner and we all cheered for the 10km newbies, it felt very inclusive. It was my first time running with a pacer who was great.
