Our third charity Mud Master, each year getting better.
Mud Master welcomes teams, individuals, and clubs to tackle mud pools, tyre walls, cargo nets and space hoppers to name but a few of the 20+ obstacles. The 5k, 10k or 20k course tests people’s strength and endurance.
Hosted by the Weston Lions Club alongside Puxton Park, the last two years have enabled us to raise nearly £10k for local charities.
Puxton Park offers a fun day for families with excellent catering.

I enjoyed the 10km course, but the obstacles are heavily weighted to the first 3.5km. Then it’s 7km of field running with a couple of obstacles right at the end. Would’ve preferred to have the obstacles in some of the fields to break up the running a bit. The obstacles were relatively challenging but there was a backlog of people at certain ones which is where spacing them out more also would’ve helped.
