A very scenic race run in the grounds of Newstead Abbey on flat(ish) roads. The combination of usually fine weather, delightful surroundings, the opportunity for fast folk to ‘go for it', and a chance for newer slower runners to test themselves in an encouraging atmosphere over a short distance, all add to the popularity of this evening race.
