Small race but very well organised with super friendly marshals. It is a night race which makes it very special and different experience compared to the usual trail runs. I did the 10km and it was very well marked, obviously important when running in the dark. Really enjoyed and am looking forward to running the half marathon next year.

I loved this event. My first event like this. Was very impressed with the pre race info - very detailed and clear and when anything new needed to be said- an email was received straight away. Even told us about the parking and gave the sustainable travel options. Excellent organisation, registration could not have been easier. Really well arranged start and finish area. Can’t fault the set up and organisation. Great route and markings. Great and friendly Marshalls. I had a ball. Atmosphere on the course was lovely, and to be cheered for finishing by Marshalls and runners stood in the dark felt great. As a newbie at a first event, I was nervous about turning up on my own etc, but thee was no need at all, could not have been better- they even organised a coffee van 👍👍 Will definitely do this event again and will investigate Wildrunning’s other events.
